Exchange Policy

Availability of exchanges:
Due to our decentralized stock and supplier-based shipping model, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If there is a mistake or product issue, we advise customers to request a refund and place a new order.

Wrong or damaged item:
If the item is defective or different from what was ordered, customers are entitled to a full refund and free return.

"You ordered an interactive doll and received a building set instead. We’ll cover return costs and issue a full refund."
