Returns & Refund Policy

Return window:
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, in compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

• Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable.

• All returns must be pre-approved via email: support@luvviu.com

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Example:
"You received a tech toy with a defect. After you send us photos and get our approval, we'll share the return address and process your refund once we receive the item."
